Why we built it this way
Getting a blood test in Pakistan usually starts with phone calls. What does it cost here? Do I need to fast? When will the report come? Can someone come to the house, and what does that add? Most of that information exists — it is just not written down anywhere you can read it.
So we wrote it down. Every test on this site carries its price, its fasting requirement and its turnaround time, visible without an account and without a phone call. You can compare, decide, and book in a few minutes at whatever hour suits you.
None of that replaces clinical judgement. A result is one part of a picture that includes your history, your symptoms and an examination, and it belongs in a conversation with your doctor. What we can do is make the testing itself straightforward, predictable and honestly priced.

What we commit to
Four things you can hold us to.
Prices are published
Every test on this site shows its full patient price. There is no booking fee, no handling charge and no difference between the price you see and the price you pay. If we cannot price something on the page, we say so and quote it before you commit.
You choose the slot
When you book home collection you pick the date and the hour. We confirm that slot rather than calling you back to negotiate one, and we tell you the phlebotomist's arrival window in advance.
Reports come to you
Results are released only after a qualified pathologist has verified them, then sent by SMS and email. Critically abnormal results are phoned through immediately — we do not wait for you to check your inbox.
We say when we can't
If your address is outside our collection area, if a test needs to go to a reference laboratory, or if a result will take longer than usual, you will hear it from us before you book rather than after.
