Every report is checked and signed off by a qualified pathologist before it is released to you.
Your report comes to you
We send results as soon as they are verified — you do not need to chase us or log in anywhere.
- By SMS to the number on your booking, with a secure link
- By email, if you gave us one when booking
- In print, collectable from any branch with your reference
Critical results are phoned through to you, and to your doctor where you have given us their details. We do not wait for you to open an email.
